BOAC was founded in 1984 as an educational organization for facility operating engineers.
Our purpose is to assist our engineer members in developing valuable industry knowledge and increase their proficiency in all areas of building services. We accomplish this by sponsoring activities such as Speaker Luncheons that cover topics of interest to the membership, as well as by building a network of like-minded individuals willing to share their expertise with others. BOAC also serves as a hub of information for advances in building technology, governmental legislation, and energy issues.
BOAC organizes community service projects and fundraisers.
