Progression of drone technology and respective payloads including hardware and software. How to utilize drones to improve and enhance the operational procedures and portfolio management. Finally a discussion on the future of drones and facility management / ownership.
Grant Hall is Managing Director of Halkin with focus on coordination of division heads, business development, and strategic planning. His areas of expertise are facilities / building Analysis, critical and utility infrastructure inspection, energy savings project assessment / development, and project finance engineering.
Kim Lewis will add to the presentation by discussing specialized infrared inspections from a drone platform. Inspections performed from the drone allow building envelope and roof moisture surveys of taller buildings to be completed from an “eye level” or “birds
eye” viewpoint. Using this technology to your advantage will let you see where the dollars are literally going out the window. Infrared drone inspections are an affordable technological tool that will illustrate the problem areas in your facility’s roof and building envelope systems with pinpoint accuracy.

A member of Building Operators Association of Colorado (BOAC) for over 25 years she has acted as Trade Show Chair, Secretary, Denver President and is currently the State Chair of the organization.
