Membership Levels

Single Operator Membership – $175

  • 9 luncheons at the reduced rate of $15 – $45 Lunch Discount

Building Membership – $40

  • Price per operator and minimum of 2 lunch packages at $135 each.
    Additional lunches can be added for $20 per person.

 

Vendor Membership

Each vendor may bring up to 3 guests at monthly meetings at member pricing, and have an opportunity to be the vendor spotlight, display a banner, and present for 5 minutes at a meeting. Vendors are responsible for emailing a business card in Jpeg or Tiff file format for the newsletter to the BOAC email: [email protected]

Attention BOAC Building Operators!

The mission of the Building Operators Association of Colorado (BOAC) is to provide professional development opportunities to its membership.  To support this initiative, BOAC will offer a scholarship in the name of the six founding fathers whose vision towards education began building better engineers. This scholarship may be used to take courses toward the achievement of a BOMI designation and BOC certification.

Deadline to Submit Scholarship Application: Monday, September 30, 2019

The scholarship recipient will be notified on or before: October 3, 2019

To Apply:

  • Submit a brief personal letter describing your professional background and why you’re seeking a designation, and applying for the scholarship. Submit via email: [email protected] including: Your Name, Your Title, Your Contact Number, Company Name, Supervisor’s Name, Supervisor’s Email and Phone.
  • Submit a typed letter of recommendation and approval from your supervisor.

BUILDING OPERATOR – LEVEL I – BUILDING SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE

BOC Level I is intended for those with two or more years of experience in building operations and maintenance, who wish to broaden their knowledge of the total building system.

It includes 74 hours of training, facility tours and project work in building systems maintenance.  Check out our BOC Program guide or visit the nation BOC website for more information about BOC program and curriculum.

BOC works closely with all students to ensure success in meeting the training certificate of completion requirements:

  • Attendance at all classes

  • Completion of all project assignments

  • Passing grade of 70% or better on all tests

  • Submit a certification application to BOC

BOC is an ISO Standard 17024 aligned program.  A national 3rd-party certification exam is now available for an additional $285.
